Here with Mahony Fleet for 20 years, I understand what customers need to ensure their fleet is being well managed, from complete driver support to the use of innovative technical tools.

I make sure customers are getting the best service and that the processes are being used to manage their fleet of vehicles most effectively and efficiently. I will define, analyse, measure, improve and control each process, to ensure our customers are getting value. I drive change management and business improvement initiatives within Mahony Fleet.

I strive for complete customer satisfaction from the service our Team provides. Our customer satisfaction rates speak for themselves, with our NPS score of 95 for 2020.
